Build your own home gym you say? My gym just re-opened and now you are telling me to workout at home? And wait! Don’t you own a gym?
In my last post, I talked about the idea that, fit people are not motivated they are disciplined.
We constantly hear people say, “I need some motivation to go to the gym” or if you are someone who goes to the gym 5-6 days per week, people will tell you that “you’re so motivated!” This is False!
As we jump into a new year and a new decade, much of the world is surrounded by the hype of self-improvement.
